完善科学有效的医院收费管理模式

【摘要】收费管理是医院财务管理最基本的工作，在医院经济收入增长的情况下，进一步加强收费管理系统规范化和合理化成为医院持续稳定发展的基石。从加强收费员的素质教育、收费的透明度、优化内部管理、完善绩效工资激励机制等几个方面探讨建立一个科学、有效的收费管理模式。

【Abstract】Charge management is the basic work of financial management of the hospital. In the case of hospital income and economic growth, to further strengthen the charge management systems standardization and rationalization becomes the foundation of hospital sustainable and stable development.
